As a result of COVID-19 and the shutdown of non-essential businesses and shelter-in-place orders in the state of Virginia (where we live) and Maryland (where we ship from), we are currently limited to the amount of days we can ship out orders so order shipments might be a wee bit delayed. Our website will remain open for taking orders and when these sanctions are lifted we will continue with our regular shipping schedule as soon as we are able to. For any orders placed during this time, we will be offering free shipping. Our thoughts and hearts are with all of you during this time and we look forward to buzzing back into your homes soon!
At this time we only offer shipping within the USA. We hope our bees will be able to fly internationally in the near future!
Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after purchase. We ship all standard orders Monday - Thursday. Please note during peak times such as new product launches or the holidays, orders may take additional time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each order is packed with care but if you are not completely happy, please reach out and let us know how we can make it right. We accept returns and exchanges for unopened, undamaged items within 14 days from purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a return or exchange with us and so we can send you a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount due back.
If any merchandise arrives to you damaged due to our shipment, we will gladly replace the item(s) or refund your purchase. Please let us know immediately via email email@example.com so we can assist you.
Due to the nature of our products and that many are available in very limited batches we will make every effort possible to replace items, offer you a substitution if something is no longer available or issue a refund.
